Group Study Rooms #1 - #4 are available on the lower floor for 2 to 10 people.
Consultation Room #5-8 are available on the main floor for 1 to 4 people. If studying alone, please reserve a Consultation Room or use one of the other open study spaces in the library.

- You must be a health sciences student, staff, or faculty member with a valid Pitt ID to reserve a room.
- School of Dental Medicine, Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Public Health. Affiliation will be checked before access is granted to the room.
- Rooms may be booked up to 4 hours at a time with a maximum of 8 hours per day. A 2-hour space is required between bookings and the room must be vacated during this time. Each individual within a group can make a reservation to extend the time of the group beyond the parameters above.
- Rooms are accessible with keys obtained at the Falk Library Main Desk. Please close and lock the door upon leaving the room.
- Room keys may not be taken out of the library. If you plan to leave the library, the key must be returned to the Main Desk.
- Keys must be returned to the Main Desk at the end of your booking period. Each person starting a new booking period must bring their valid Pitt ID to check in at the library Main Desk.
