Group Study Rooms are available on the lower floor (for up to 10 people). One smaller consultation room on the main floor is available for up to 4 people.
- Rooms may be booked up to 4 hours at a time with a maximum of 8 hours per day. A 2-hour space is required between bookings and the room must be vacated during this time.
- You must be a health sciences student, staff, or faculty member with a valid Pitt ID to reserve a room. Gold IDs are excluded. Other users (i.e., pre-med) will be contacted about their room use to determine approval.
- Rooms are accessible with keys obtained at the Falk Library Main Desk. Please close and lock the door upon leaving the room.
- Room keys may not be taken out of the library. If you plan to leave the library, the key must be returned to the Main Desk.
- Keys must be returned to the Main Desk at the end of your booking period. Each person starting a new booking period must bring their valid Pitt ID to check in at the library Main Desk.
